Permit fees and any jamb repair are separate line items on our estimates rather than buried in a single number, so you can see exactly what changed if the price moves.
What Is Included
Every replacement includes removal and disposal of the old door and hardware, new track, new hardware, new seals, spring calculation for your specific door weight, permit handling and the product approval documentation you will need for inspection and for insurance.
We do not reuse old track or old brackets on a new door. Reused hardware is the reason a new door starts making noise in its second year.
Payment and Warranty

Manufacturer warranties cover the door sections, finish and hardware for the terms published for the model you select. Our workmanship on the installation is warranted separately, and service calls under warranty are handled from our Weston location.
